Hamilton County taxes are in addition to the above listed rental
rates. You may pay these taxes directly to the city and county by
applying for a annual license with the city and county for our
location. |
Rent Payment Policy
The rent for monthly paying vendors
is due on the last Sunday of the month and for daily paying
vendors, it is due on their last paid Sunday. Rent is past
due on the following Saturday and will incur a $35.00 late fee per
weekend. The late fee will be charged, if your rent is not
received at our post office box or paid at the MARKET by the Friday
after the Sunday's rent due date. Monthly paying vendors
must abide by these rules or be converted to a daily paying vendor.
Paying with post dated checks or each week will not earn you the
monthly paying discount. Please mail your checks or money order
payments (DO NOT MAIL CASH) payable to: EAST RIDGE FLEA
MARKET, LLC, P. O. BOX 728, CHATTANOOGA, TN 37401-9998.
To be sure you get proper credit for your payment, PLEASE write
your booth numbers on the front of your check and include the payment
stub from your rent bill. Monthly paying vendors ONLY
will be charged a $5.00 convenience fee for all rent payment items
paid in person at the MARKET.
Returned Checks: Any checks returned by your bank for rent
payments will incur a minimum $35.00 late fee plus a $25.00 returned
check service fee. |
